    1. Send email to La Aldea Buena helpdesk/online assistance portal: “assistance@laaldeabuena.odoo.com” .
     
    2. LABM Admin will response to you and provide assistance on what to do. If the concern is common and have similar case with other homeowners, an immediate answer will be provided.
     
    3. In case of complaints, similar to the current practice, a face-to-face meeting with the BOD will be scheduled for both parties to come up with an agreement or a resolution to the issue. Please provide details (what, when, where why). Also, the name of the complainant and the concerned person with block and lot number.
     
    4. Depending on the concern, the admin will advise the steps to do until the issue is resolve or the concern has an action plan.
     
    5. If the issue is not resolved and there is no feedback, please follow up by replying in the portal.
     
    6. Once the issue is resolved, the admin will confirm if you are satisfied with the action plan, or if you need more robust action. It will be escalated to the BOD for deep analysis to come up with the right solution.
     
    7. If everything is okay and have no more concerns, the issue will be closed.

    Visit or call the office at the telephone number 266-1765 and request the office staff to give you access for the online billing system.

    1. Provide your email address to the office, your details unit number and the home owner’s registered name.
    2. If you have renters or if the home owner is not residing in the house, nominate other email address who can also access the billing for your unit.
    3. Your default username is your block no lot no. Once invited, please create a strong password for security purposes.
    4. Congratulations! You can access the system now, hassle free and convenient.
